Doors (Worcestershire) was established in 2001 by
husband and wife team Bruce and Ros Grant.
Bruce had 6 years previous experience working for
Hormann Doors, Europe's largest garage door manufacturer.
This wealth of knowledge means that each and every
door is fitted exactly as the manufacturer would wish.
As a result, our doors are fitted to the very highest
standard and manufacturer warranties will always be
honoured. In addition, we have been manufacturer trained
in the fitting of all up and over doors, sectional
doors, roller shutters, side hinged, round the corner
doors, electric operators and others.
Tony and Alistair, our two fitters, have both received
manufacturer training and share our enthusiasm in
providing the best possible service to our customers.
This is reflected in the feedback we receive and the
high number of customer referrals.
We supply and fit any make of door
available on the market so if there is something else
you have in mind, be assured we will have the brochure
and the knowledge to offer advice.
At your home we will conduct a detailed survey and
then offer suggestions as to the best type of door
to suit your needs. We will always listen to your
requirements and usually offer a written quote there
and then so you are not left waiting for days for
a quote in the post. This way, if the quote is unsuitable,
we can suggest other ways of meeting your needs.
With a no pressure sales approach, you are free to
think the quote over at your leisure. If you do decide
to proceed, we will give you an indication of when
we can fit your door, often giving a date and time
there and then.
When fitted we will go through the features and operation
of your new door, and our excellent after sales service
means we are happy to return to site if you have any
problems or questions.
